Healthy habits include anything you can do in order to improve or benefit your mental, physical or emotional well-being. Let´s explain some healthy habits that everyone should follow in order to promote a good quality of life.

1. DO EXERCISE
Getting physical activity helps you to have a healthy mind and body. It reduces stress, being overwhelmed and increases your self-esteem as well as your self-confidence. Why? Because if you do exercise, you are usually happy with your body shape and you feel much better. It is not necessary to spend a lot of amount of time in the gym, you just need to do something that you like and move your body regularly. In this way, your circulatory system will work much better too.
2.HEALTHY FOOD
It is crucial to follow a balance diet in order to be healthy. People must eat five times every day in order to avoid anxiety. It is necessary to eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, cereals, legumes...and try to avoid the excess of fats, sugar and salt. Moreover, it is necessary to eat properly when you are growing up in order to be strong and get the energy you need every day.
3.SLEEP
Sleep is very important to relax our mind and body. Also it is crucial to recover all of the energy that we have used during the day. Children must sleep a minimum of 10 hours a day. Adults only need to sleep a minimum of 8 hours a day.
4.SOCIALIZATION
It is necessary to interact with friends and your family to understand each other better and to be happy. It is not good that in your free time you watch TV a lot of hours or play with your tablet or mobile phone. We need to talk and play with other people to grow up!
5.HYGIENE
Brush your teeth after you eat something. It is important to keep them cleaned to avoid cavities.
Have a shower every day.
Wash your hands before eating.
